According to Norman Loayza, Diogo's contribution represented "an integral part" of the Report. In addition, the World Bank considered his "expertise and professional generosity" to be the cornerstone of B-Ready's success.
The World Bank's Director of Global Indicators further stated that Diogo's role "shapes the trajectory of this groundbreaking resource that is set to improve the lives of people around the world".
The "Business Ready" project is the successor of the well-known "Doing Business" initiative, and aims to publish quantitative data on the business environment of 180 countries.
