Diogo Santana Lopes: "Regulating lobbying will not impact liability for influence peddling"

Last Monday, November 27, 2023, Diogo Santana Lopes participated on "Justiça Cega" at Rádio Observador, moderated by Luís Rosa.

The debate also included the participation of José d'Aguiar, vice-president of the Portuguese Association of Communication and Public Relations.

In the context of his interventions, Diogo Santana Lopes explained, inter alia, the differences between lobbying and influence peddling, the failures of the EU regime, the important aspects in any lobbying regulations, and the measures that entities should adopt in interactions with public authorities.
