Diogo Santana Lopes co-organizes the III Advanced Course on Preventing and Combating Corruption in Public Administration, a postgraduate course approved by the Institute of Legal and Political Sciences of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
The program consists of 5 modules, divided into 20 sessions, and may be accessed here.
Diogo Santana Lopes will lecture the following sessions:
The National Anti-Corruption Mechanism (14.05.2024);
The General Corruption Prevention Regime (Part I): general duties and administrative liability (21.05.2024);
The General Corruption Prevention Regime (Part II): how to prepare a Risk Prevention Plan for corruption and related offenses (27.05.2024).
